CBIL Defaulter List

Dear Sir,

I was using a coulple of credit cards, I have almost cancelled all of them, While applying for a Deutch Bank card, I came to know that my name is on CBIL's Defaulter's List,

I don't know which bank have done this mischief??? how can I know the banks name and how can I get my name removed from the list.

I would be highly oblised if you can help me get removed my name from defaulters list.
