Register Postal Regarding

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am hemalatha. I am staying at West Saidapet, N.No:29, O.No:14 (21st Portion). I am alone. Yesterday (10.12.08) One register poster to my home in Madras/Chennai University. But, they cannot mentioned portion number. My near house lady said, "You go to post office and collect that letter.". Today (11.12.08) i am going to post office, and ask my register postal. But, the post man Shouting me, why they cannot mention the portion number? What can i do? That postal man tell, "I will return that post to university. You collect them." What's this Government employee, Shouted me. Why? Ok. But this is the worst behaviour. Will you please change this attidute. I will collect my postal in my University.
