I am not satisfied with your product

I purchased Motorola s MOTO EX115 on 6th Nov from E-Zone, mumbai. When I charged my cell phone it took more than 3 hrs to fully charge. And it gets discharge within 4 hours without using the phone. I think the battery is not good. so I want replacement of my cell phone.
