Good afternoon. Just now I read SAW THE COMPLAINT ABOUT Rocky Agencies, thiru vi ka road Royapettah.. I am also given 20 days back my new nokia bought only on 04/09/00 (Nokia 2700-classic for Rs 4800/-) from Planet M-Pycrofts Garden Road Chennai 600006. Saturday I bought and Sunday it was given trouble and Camera was Not working and Monday the 3rd day I took the same shop Planet -M- were told the Memory card affected by Virus and should formatted in the browsing centre it will go Off- (If a mobile got problem within 48 hours they should replaced with New Mobile-) But they instructed me to go here and there the time period of 48 hours were lapse and the problem was rectified and they told we put the mobile down and water gone inside. I Got angry and throw out the mobile there itself to rectify and repair or new mobile should be replaced. They were given the mobile to The Rocky Agencies job sheet no 312465550/090821/118. they told after 10 days they will deliver it, but the lapse of 21 days-The Planet M, and the Rocky Agencies also silent in my matter i was contacted the Manager Mr Pandian told me that the technical problem in the new nmobile was not rectified by them because new fault for their attention and sent to Delhi their head office and also repaired and delivered on Saturday-12/09/09 by 6 pm. But till now (14/09/09) I could not received and the pandian is telling the courier will be reached by 1.30pm and then he will call me and deliver. But the shop incharged lady is telling usually courier will be received by them at 5 pm only. Which is correct the Manager's Statement or he Shop incharged statement. Any how Nokia, Planet-M and the Rocky Agencies are fooling the perople. Please advise what to do in this regard. You got your mobile repaired well after that. Please help me sir. Even at 5.40pm I talked to that lady and Mr Pandian and Mr Planet M they spoke to me very Harshly (Mr Pandian Spoked much more and told me to wait one or two days are not a problem for me. Be patient and I should wait till the mobile comes. My doubt is the courier not reeached till time. One is telling courier time is daily 12.30 and 1.30pm. But the laday incharge is telling Courier time will be 5.00pm and 5.30Pm. Which is correct. Then How should they know My mobile is there with that Batch of Delivery. Or They kept unrepaired and just telling Yet to receive by courier? please do the needful sir, please dont buy anythng from Planet M and also Not to service at Rocky Agencies
