I am Syed from Bangalore. I had purchased nokia 5130 xpress music mobile from Planet M . After using it for one month the mobile started restarting when i receive a call or make a call from the mobile. When i took that mobile to the planetM store where i purchased the mobile they asked me to approach directly to nokia care. when i refused to go to nokia care directly as it was planetM's responsibilty to provide the solution the employee took my mobile n said I will receive a call within one day about the status.
Its almost one month and I have not received my mobile n the employee's of planet M are still not responding properly.
I would like to know any senior officer of planet M to whom i can discuss the issue as the Employee's of planetM store are not responding properly.
