Not Satisfied with service

I hv given my Nokia cell for the repairing & cell has under wanrranty period. Cell is given for the repairing on 1st October but till date i have not received the same, also store peoples are not aware when they are able to deliver it. No proper respose on From PLanet M -Mulund. Also i wrote email to "[email protected]" but not getting any response. JOB SHEET NO.29118 dt. 1/10
