Committed to give Gift with post paid connection but now not giving it

Mr. Rahul whoes number is 9718585467 has committed me yesterday that somebody from idea will come today for the verification and also provide me gift (either idea watch or idea bag) today itself. But now everybody is refusing that no gift is available now. I want my Rs 500 back and don't want any connection from a person who do false committment.
