I feel really sad to inform you that i have sent my holidays coupon no (6672725) on23 APR for booking holidays in Goa from 16 or 18th may in your voucher it was written that your office will call me and let me know but nothing that short of thing happen no one called me . when i called up today on 20 may the lady sitting over there tell me that it is my mistake that i should have called and she tell me that they have sent a mail which i never got it how is it possible that you send me a mail and I do not replay after all i have paid money so if will defiantly get back to you that means your company is making us fool not doing your duty and telling us that we are at fault. I am a defense person and I hardly get time and leave but because of you I lost an opportunity of holiday with my family. And that lady should know that what are the terms and condition you are giving. now you need to tell me that what action you take against the person who is suppose to call me and that lady who does not know how to talk .now next four or five month i will be out of country when can i go for holiday that is the reason i have not sent my fly high coupon to you seeing your response. i heard you are the people who take pride in giving best thing to your customer looking forward for a detail reply and action.
