Misconduct of conductor at time of comlaint registration

PMPL, Pune

On 29/07 I was stand on vishrant vadi bus stop at 8.45 am for loahagaon bus but bus not pickup 3 passenger who stand with me.

When i reached loahagaon using auto for giving complaint about that the batch no d 897 w treat me very badly (Unhone galiya bhi di aur marne ki sirf koshish ki) but the senior who sit at office didn't take any action...

They behave me like that because My mistake is i try to complaint about the bus which not stop at vishrant vadi stop .. I am a student of MMIT, Loahagaon and travels every day. Conductors are misbehaviour is very bad mark to Pmt servise...

Those conductors should be given warning / punishment
