i have a saving a/c in pnb bank in village siwah panipat haryana some days ago i loss my atm card, i will complain to pnb branch, they block them and issue me a new ATM CARS but now see that old atm card is working at that time and whos body theft them he use this and withdrawal the mony, i complint this mater to but bank not responce please tell me how can i solve this maatte
