POOR MANAGER RESPONSE

Dear Sir,

My wife Vani Agarwal passed away on 09th Oct. She had LIC Policy No 111630912 held with LIC INDIA E3 Sector 1 NOIDA.

Had taken Original Death Cert issued by UP Govt NOIDA along with Photocopy. Manager of your Branch Mr A Kumar after hesitation and on sighting Original Death Cert certified but with a remark that he is doing this as a favour and I need to invest this money as a single premium Policy. This is extremely strange as he needs to have been considerate n once Original Death Cert shown he should without hesitation start payment proceeds n Attest Death Cert like all all my Banks have done. You need to direct your Managers to follow some code of conduct n not misbehave.

Reply would be appreciated that such Managers briefed accordingly.
