I had bought an LCD TV on 06/03 from Meerut UP & Log an call for wall Mounting installation & Demo of the product in gorakhpur. On 09/03 The engg. from Local service center & gone with the commitment that he will come later with acessories for wall mounting. after some day when i call to call center for the some other issues like remote problem & current in cable inlet & status for old call, as per the call center executive the call was closed.
again the executive log the call & assured me for the services. From the 06 march i was called more than 6 times but still i dont get any resolution from philips. Can someone help me.
