I am using two Aircell numbers 9841582673 and 72. I have been paying bills on time "ON TIME" thru citi bank bill pay. i paid my last bill on 29th may (1661.94 and 265 for secound number).
Suddenly they have disconnected our number.
When I contacted customer care and we were shocked to hear the reason. The reason they gave is " Bill is pending for some other number 98******** that is the reason why we have disconnect your numbers, your number will be activated only after the bill is paid to that number." And i don’t have a clue who is using that third number.
