The conductor of bus take extra charges when i trvlling from zirakpur to delhi on saturday 13-12-12 12:30pm in bus no. 7655 una region. the route of bus was chanpurani to delhi. I took the bus from zirakpur chouk but he gave me the ticket from chandigarh. When i object that he didnt respond me and said this is just a difference of 10 rupees. Neither he changed my ticket nor repay me my balance. It is the first step i am taking after this i am going to file an application in the consumer form and also in other formates.
