IBSN - Tax refund cheque not sent

I have filed US tax returns for year 2011 using IBSN. As i am in India, the refund check has been sent to IBSN US address.

Inspite of many emails theya re not returning my cheque. It has been sent in July by the state dept but till date no is responding to my emails. All the numbers mentioned in their website are not reachable.

Suggest how should i get my refund back
