Don"t Got Balance for Online Recharge

Hi,

I am Kuldeep Singh my no is 7795603925.today 28/12 at 7:55am i recharged online by SBI Bank Rs.30 Rupees my numbey but i don't got any talktime or Balance. i already sent emal to customer care they reply me and saying your recharge is Successfull.but i don't have any balance for that.

please check the Transaction details online SBI IGE9998798 transfer to Bildesk Transaction A at 28/12 7:55 am.
