Respected Sir / Madam, i have an internet connection in my office since october from spidigo. the connectivity of internet connection was totally down since 29th December. i have called to service department (call center like) they replied me that engineer will soon come to your office and solve the problem but till date no one has come and even when i demand direct cell no for their seniors they told me we can't give you seniors cell no or can't transfer the line to them. every time i call spidigo service center they gave me same reply...
i am loosing my business opportunity, relation with my NRI customers as well and i can't concentrate to my day to day work.
