I am facing a server issue regrading recieving gas refill in time after booking. We have booked for the gas refill already on 4th April, 2023, but we have neither received any message after the booking not anyone of the gas centre is picking up our calls. But when they did receive my call, and when I asked them about the booking, they said it was cancelled. I asked why, they said they are not responsible for answering that. This is not a recent issue, its been couple of years. But this time, we are running out of our patience. I am suspecting they are lying to us constantly. It is my urgent request that a strong action should be taken against this scam company.
