Dear Sir,
I Rajesh Shaw Aircell mobile user having phone no.9851209574 got a call from you to start callertune on dated 19/05.At that time i told the caller from aircell that i am not interested about caller tune but he started caller tune without my permission. When i call to customer center to stop the caller tune but he said to stopping the callertune you have to pay for that. My question is that when i didnot allow for caller tune why he started and why should i pay to stop the callertune.
The activated caller tune was so boaring that i chang the caller tune but this time the quality of my callertune is very very low quality.
The company is not bothering about customer care not the Quality performance.
