Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken three postpaid connections from AIRCEL (mobile nos.9804843990, 9804846747 in my name and 9804844716 in my friend's name Rakhi Maitra) on 10th of February through your appointed agency Ideal Franchaisee and Sales Pvt. Ltd. of 11A/1A, Brojendra Lal Ganguly Lane, Tollygunge, Kolkata 700033 under plan 149.

They informed that there will be no charges for calls between the mentioned three phone numbers.

But after receiving my first phone bill, I saw all calls are charged between the three numbers.

I need to deduct from all of our accounts for the call charges already charged between the three numbers as early as possible.

I have compalined them several times, but they are not answering.

Please see the problems and solve.
