I have opted for a new connection with AIrcel on16th of April.
I was having problem with Their net work net work connectivity in my area.
After several complaints I have never received any help from Aircel.
To my great annoying Their helpline people were unable to get me any sort of help.
When I telephoned them they kept me on hold and subsequently disconnected the line.
The Aircel branch in charge of the Thane outlet promised me that somebody will come for the verification of the net work issue, which never happened.
All this made me to opt out of the service.
Subsequent this I have submitted my application to disconnect my phone on 06.05.09 at AIRCEL thane office with Ms. Deepika- your customer care attendant.
They promised me that my deposit will be returned with in short time.
But it was surprising to see that I have received a bill for the service I never availed.
When approched the telecom appellete authority the refused the refund citing no refund if disconnected with in six months.
I feel cheated that this company for their lack of providing net work in my area where i can not use the phone try to rip me off.
With regrets and unsatisfied...
