Network Problem

Hi,

In Chennai, Area: Santhosapuram Pin-600 073. this are tower problem lots of time, but i complaint to customer care for past one year more of complaints but still not rectify it. so plz check it.

And also how can i view my postpaid bill for online, i go to www.aircel.com then go to postpaid, e-payments but not opened it. so please check your website. and reply back immediately.
