I had a booking from Delhi to Jaipur on 6th Dec07. I missed the flight due to late arrival of flight from Lucknow
While cancelling the Tkt, I got a code No. using which I was offered another booking within 6 months.
Now I had been trying to book a tkt but neither the counter at Kochi air port notr ur call centre is extending help.
