I have cancelled one ticket, against this i'm expecting appox 2900INR refund from air decaan. I have my refund reference number: 148039.
Although it was commited to me that refund will be processed within 14 working days. Already more than one month have passed. While I'm calling the only help line in air deccan to know the progress i have to wait for a very long time (30min appox everytime) on the queue to be responded. I have already spent more than 100 Rs on phone it self. I have cancelled this ticket on 9th April. TOday their authorities are saying it will take again 15-30 days time. I have tried to contact their refund head in a given phone number, got no response at all.
Please help me to bring back the money from air deccan.
