No refunds received even after 60 days

I cancelled a group booking and an individual refundable air deccan ticket two days before the actual date of travel. At the time of cancellation I was told that within a maximum of 14 days the refund will be credited back to my account. After waiting for two weeks time, I called up the airdeccan atleast 10 times. Everytime I call, they have given a new expected date of refund and says that the request is once again forwarded to the finance department and its still in processing.

Kindly help me.
