Auto Disconnection

I have been using this no. for the past 4yrs and i converted this no. into lifetime no. scheme and suddenly one day they disconnected the no. and said that it is due to not putting sufficient into the account. After a long argument they said that "OK we will re-issue the same no.". It was fine with me, but it took 3days to reconnect the no. and all the funds on the no. were gone and even the lifetime scheme. Now after 4days of reconnection they have dis-connected the number again and they dont have a valid reason and when i call them they hang up on me. Now my phone has 1month of validity and over Rs.380. I am a student and cant afford this much all the time.

Can somebody help me out Please.
