I purchased Air launge (Sofa cum bed) from CITI VIDEO 181, Abu lane, Meerut. item was not found as per advertisement. There was air leakage, unfortunately my son applied solution on the puncher but all in vain.
Matter brought to the notice to shopkeeper. He charged 700/- Rs for exchange. Exchange item found manufacture defect. Matter was brought to Again to shopkeeper for exchange or refund the mony. but he refused and insisting to get it repair.
In the light of above, you are requested to guide me and do fruitful. please confirm acknowledge
