I have booked the ticket at yatra on 28.02.09 and i have cancelled on same date. refund is nit being given by YATA. whenever you make complaint they jsut give reply as given belpow:

This is in reference to your mail below, Please be informed that the refund for your reservation is in process and will be rolled back to your respective account at the earliest. We have forwarded the request to the concerned department to process the same on priority basis.
