I have applied for change of name of my mobile no.9829102405 to the name shri B.L. Mehta, B-28, Prabhu Marg, Tilak Nagar, Jaipur. I will be grateful, if you kindly give the status of the application and oblige me. I have deposited the required papers on last friday at tonk road, jaipur customer care centre.
