Pl. resolve the complaint which I have lodged with Reliance Money involving Airtail Product. The Letter is reproduced below.
Dear Sir,
I was lured by one of your major frachisee or channel partner who is having on Productivity Road at Baroda to come and attend a presentation of Reliance Money Insurance and in tern, to attend to your presentation, I was promised that I will get a free Color Mobile Phone with prepaid activation even if I do not subscribe to your Insurance Policy as the harsh condition put in by them was that I had to decide there and then itself.
After attending the presentation, I was given a gift coupne and I had to approach the Airtail Customer service station at National Plaza and the hend set would arrive within a week's time. Accordingly I approached the Airtail Shop and submitted all the data about my identity, photo and residential proof etc. I was given a Subscriber Enrolement form # 610099 on 22-10-07. Thereafter I am constantly following the Airtail Relation officer Shri Pankajbhai on phone # 9898952345 who has made atleast 30 promises to deliver the handset within a day or two.
Sir, till today, I have not received the handset from Airtail office and now I am told by their customer care department that there is no such tie up with Reliance Money and Reliance Money may be fooling you.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and try to resolve the long pending issue. I am also sending copy of this letter to Airtail Limited also.
