Some features are not in sim menu

some features of my sim menu is not responding or can say is not present, when i bought (month of december 9) this sim through your authoried dealer from durgapur, he said that all features will activate within 2 or 3 days but still now that featurs are not activated.

so i request you to take serious my problem otherwise i shall be forced to change my sim to other.
