My mobile misplaced on Friday (18th Jan'2007). I logged complaint on 19th Jan'2007 at 11:00 a.m. I Paid Rs.100/- towards collecting the duplicate sim at Malakpet Airtel office. With in 10 min he handed over sim to me and also said that with in 4 hours it will be activated.
On 19th Jan'07 itself I checked but it was not activiated today (21st Jan'07).
Again I made a call to call centre.
Now my complaing number acknowledge said that i.e 012198321000. And told me that it will be activated by 23rd Jan'07. Why so much time.
Please act as urgent and do it immediately...
