I ve been using airtel since the past 3 yrs and i ve never been happy with my decision to choose Airtel as my service provider. Within the first 4 days of my no being activated i was sent a bill of around Rs. 1500/- With countless attempts and visiting the Airtel gallery every alternate day to sort out the glaring mistake by them they just refused to accept it as their fault and demanded a full payment from me. Out of disbelief and disgust i jus discontinued the service. And then not learning from my mistake bought another Airtel card on a friend's name. and i ve never been at peace since then. All airtel wants & knows is to CON people.

They deduct money from my balance as per their whims. Calling them on their so called "customer service" the executives manning the calls are in a mood for a 365 days holiday. They just dont want to talk to you and flatly keep you on hold until you give up and hang up. Some go to the extent of hanging up on your face. The once who do speak to you are highly incompetent and their reply to any & every query you ve is a standard "the system is down, call after __ hrs OR our system is not updated, call after 24 hrs." Deductions are made without ever informing the customer. God alone knows how they manage to go around calling themselves the best service providers??
