Hi,
Since morning I am trying to make a phone call via 08001291 Access number. I am getting some network error while doing the same. I have been using Airtel-WCC since more than a year, this is the first time I am facing this problem.
I have tried it from different mobiles and numbers (all Etisalat) but the problem persists in all the cases.
Kindly let me know if there is a problem with Airtel network and also the time in which it would be up and running.
Information that might be useful:
My Current Location: Dubai, UAE
Curent Mobile Service Provider: Etisalat (971 50 348 5432)
Please Note: When i tried sending you this complaint via [email protected] I got a delivery failure notice telling that this mail id doesn't exist. Is this a joke since the same email id mentioned over my WCC? How could airtel on the records display an email id which doesn't exist on the cards?
Prompt response from a reputed company like Airtel is expected and would be highly appreciated.
