AFTER FILLING LOTS OF COMPLAIN IN THIRE CUSTOMER CARE CELL THEY DIDN'T SOLVE MY PROBLEM

Sir,

after giving lots of complain in airtel coustomer care cell they did'nt solve my problem actually i take my airtel landline connection on 30th apr. My landline number is 01145553692 when i dialling 121 i am not able to inqury about my balance. i told this problem to airtel customer care cell they told me that your problem is solved between 24 hours but when ever i call them they always tell me wait for 24 hours. after this i take a SALF CARE FORM from airtel out and submitt this form with my photo id & my i photo graph apply for user id and password they toll me that i get my id & password within 36 hour but they didn't send this till now. please sir take some action agianst this matter iam very great full to you.
