Dear sir, I have beening using airtel mobile service from last 5 years in Bangalore. Last month my airtel account number (through which I have been making my bill payment) has been changed and I have not been informed about that.
Because of that I could not my bill for last month. Now all of a sudden without informing me, my outgoing call has been barred.
Airtel should have notified me for any changes that has been made to my airtel service that is affecting me.
