Conection has been deactivated

On 24th July i purchased a new connection from a local retailer in Begusarai (Bihar). At the time of purchase i submitted the following documents...

1) Copy of a Passport.

2) Copy of Voter ID Card.

3) Two Passport Photo's.

The connection got active within 2 days from the date of purchase. I got it recharge with life time validity card, in addition i recharged it with Rs. 333/-.

Approx. with in a week my number was deactivated. On calling customer care, they asked to submit the documents. I submitted the documents twice in support for my verification. Till date my number hasn't been activated. On enquiring again they say that they won't activate my number because i have used abusing language while complaining at customer service, according to me and as far as my memory goes i haven’t talked to them in such language. They say until i apologize to them they won't activate my number.
