Please note that i had given my handset Blackberry Pearl for servicing @ Airttel Centre in Kolkata (Park Street). It was then understood that support sysytem for Blackberry doesn"t exist locally and the entire process would take 15 days.
Today after more than 22 days i get to hear that it will take another 10 days for me to recv the set.
To add up to the trauma was the replaced Handset given was in bad order and probably the one which has no significance in todays"s Technology.
The grudge converts into anger when the SIM attached to the replaced set stops"s functioning and AIRTEL fellows in form that we need your ID proof to replace the SIM which would work in the set.
Pathetic to the core is the service standard.
Kindly improve and save us from embarassment of working in the same group company.
