Dear Alll,
I desperatly complaints that many times my money is been deducted for subject service. After bringing this to airtel teams notice twice they rerfunded it, and assured everytime that now this service is de-activated.
But again after three - four days a message from 54321 comes stating that "you have been renewed for bollywood fusion subscription service from airtel. You have been charged Rs. 15/-."
When a person who is using the instruments and service, is not applying for any such service, how can a service provider autoamatically renew any serevice whithout customers consent.
Until now atlest Rs. 60/- have been deducted for this service.
Please advise what shall one do if this scenario keeps on repeating of airtel team.
