Issue Over Disconnection and bill payment

Dear Sir/Maam,

This is to inform you that I had an broadband connection from Bharti airtel Limited since 20 th June by the Account No.13895241 and a fixed landline connection for the same dy no.0120-4167508.

Sir/Maam, firstly during the phase of that connection I had several isuues regarding the services for which the company gave me bill waivers at two times. But the main issue is regarding the disconnection of the same broadband connection.

I had applied for the cancellation of this connection between the 5th -10 of January. Since that time till early March I kept recieving calls from the retention department, but every time I asked for the disconnection of the broadband services as I had shifted my home to another place.

But, despite my requests for disconnection the services were not terminated till the month of March. Sir, I also intimated the retention departments and the Managing Director, Nodal Officer with emails and written complaints regading the irresponsible behaviour of the company. But of no use as not even a single of my letters and emails were replied to.

Also sir despite my regular complaints the company has been raising false bills for the subsequent months on account of the same.

Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter as the company has been trpubling me despite my regular requests for Disconnections.
