Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I requested Airtel customer care by phone and then by mail to cancel my broadband connection on 06 December. Airtel contacted me on 10th December and asked for reason. I told and requested. Airtel confirmed that it will be done by 7 working days. Till now they yet not deactivated and asking me to pay bill for this month. I am going throug mental pressure. I took the connection in my rent house, which I left, but the landlord couldn't make fresh agreement with others as my Airtel line is still there. I repeatedly requested to Airtel for that, but they didn't contact me.
