Airtel called my friend, who has recently cancelled his airtel broadband and promised a new broadband plan.. He reffered me and the connection was given to me.. But the plan was not like the one they had promised.. So i lodged a complaint with their customer care (Ref No - 18533136) and they migrated me to a new plan which was not the plan they promised.. Again i lodged a complaint (Ref No - 18620454) and it is still in progress.. Whenever i call their customer care they'll give confusing replies and they 'll keep on taking complaints.. No complaints were resolved perfectly.. I have mailed their Nodal Officers too. No response from them... Could anyone suggest me on how to approach the Court for their cheating??
