I was using Airtel landline Connection ([email protected]).
Due to faulty cable connection, I could’t use Airtel Service in Feb09 onwards, I made complaints many times regarding this but in vein.
Now they sent me bill (Including rents) of the period (I havn’t used internet due to airtel poor service).
They gave me wrong Information that adjustment will be made in next bill & I pay Rs 1000/ on 10th feb09 without using connection.
I am attaching two mails, I sent to airtel, & for that I receive no response.
Plz do the needful in this regard.

Up to Dec 08 everything was ok .i made first complaint in dec about very slow speed of internet but I got no response.
In Jan09 Due to road construction work cable was broken than I made a complaint regarding this.
One Airtel employee come & joined cable temporarly but again it part off, I made again 2 complaints but no permanent solution given.
in Jan & feb 09 i haven't used Airtel connection due to frequent troubleshoot of the cable. My connection remain dead in Jan09 & feb09.
For conformation u can check my Usage details as attached.
I talked too many times to yor Udhyog Vihar Office, call centre & sec14 Airtel office. Every time they commit to correct the connection & make adjustment but nobody resolved.

10/02/09 CA6800096 bill paid online at sec 14 ggn, Rs1000

As I was not able to use my connection due to Airtel problem.
Kindly make the adjustment in these 2 months (jan09, feb09) bill & reduce this amount from the bill.

Sir,
I talked too many persons regarding the following issue but nobody resolve the problem.
If i have not used the Airtel service due to airtel fault then why should i pay the bill. All the airtel executives commit to resolve the prob but in vein. Mostly saying that pay the current bill then adjustment will made in next bill.in Jan09 to till now I am not able to use your service, in Jan& Feb09 there are cable fault due to some construction work on road..
I became frustrated to talk too many executives regarding this, I don't have ph instrument thats why i have to call frm my mobile (~ 200Rs wasted on this talk)
Adjust my bill as per usage & reduce rental of the period I haven't used connection.
This is my last hope to mail u... just check the detail
