Hi, This is Amit Verma.

I had applied for an Airtel Broadband Connection on 12th May from Chandigarh. I gave Rs 850 for the activation of service. I told my proper address to the airtel executives. At that time they said that they will activate the connection within 1-2 days but they take more than one week for this & when they come to my address they said that they have to take PRI lines from very far so it is not possible to give you this connection and the amount will be refunded within 1 month but till now i have not received any refund cheque, so kindly look into the matter.
