I had called Airtel for a broadband connection. A few minutes later i started receiving calls from various distributers askin if iwanted a connection.

I agreed for the first one who called. He asked me not to entertain other calls from other distributers due to market competition. I agreed and gave him a convenient time to come home and finish the formalities.

The next day at an unexpected time, an agent comes, i fill the forms, pay him and he claims the person who i agreed to get a connection with is his boss.

later i get to know he was an agent of another distributer. After all the lying, they delay the setting up process by many days with the most random of excuses.

I request that some serious action is taken against them.

BSNL has given me the best service as of now and i hope they continue to do so.
