Applied and paid for bradband connection, more than two weeks, no connection no refund

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring it to your notice that I have applied for Broadband connection to your dealers SRI BHAVANI TELE SOLUTIONS, NEW No.4, 5TH CROSS, 11TH MAIN VASANTHNAGAR, BANGALORE_52. We paid in advance rs.1000 for the same on 31st Jul. The Sales Officers confirmed us that we will receive the connection latest by thursday at 10AM, which he confirmed in written on customer copy. They failed to provide us the connection on time and we asked them to refund. Everyday, they are lying and cheating that they would send the money.sometimes they say that money has been sent by courier and sometimes thay say that deepak would refund us the money. But we have not received our money yet.

I feel mentally and monetarily harassed by them.kinldy help me please.
