They gives incorrect informations

Hello Sir,

Airtel is giving the worst service with incorrect commitments due to which i have lost several thousands of rupees. I got a leaflet of Airtel at my office that i can upgrade my plan to a new plan called as freedom 1699 . I sent the mail to airtel people to upgrade my plan to freedom 1699 and got commitment as it will be done within next 72 hours. After completion on 72hrs i called those people then got commitment as it will be done upto 7 aug till 12.11.35 pm, when that service level agreement failed then again they committed as it will be done in next 24 hrs, and when i called up them on the next day i got info as they haven't recieved my request for change of plan as well s their other excuse was this plan doesnt apply to offices. If they haven't got my request then how come they were working on my request since last 5 days by taking complaints again and again & if this plan is not for office use then who authorised them to send such leaflets with the office broadband bill without mentioning as its not appliable in office. Im really fed up with their incorrect and incomplete informations and wrong commitments and coz of these things i have been in a loss of about rs 50, 000 /- . Can i get any kind of compensation on such things? Plz help me out.
