I have applied for a broadband connection on August 8th and have been told that connection will be given on 10 th August. But it did not happen. The person who booked the connection is Rajesh and his no is 9840644163.My application no is SEFno CH 810830

I tried contacting him he is not picking the phone. Today only once he answered and said he will reply back within 15 minutes and but did not reply. This is the worst attitude and service. Then they said they have no DSL ports available it will be done in a day. On Aug 12th they said they have received it and the connection will be given in 5 hour. But on Aug 13 they are saying the port received is for other exchange. Poor service and misleading information. Its a week and i am not been given connection. The nodal office also sents mail like it will be addressed at the earliest. I thinh Airtel ofiicers should be taught themeaning of earliest. Dont go for airtel connection
