I Jagdeep Shokeen r o H.N. 3642 Sector 23 Gurgaon is using Airtel Broadband for last 1 year.

My Airtel Land line number is 0124 4214427.

I was using Rs 250 combo plan with night top up. In first week of july I requested for plan change to Rs 899 unlimited. I have been promised that speed in my new plan is equivalent to my previous plan but I found out that was not the case. So I requested for my previous plan (250 Combo night top up) to be re-activated.

In second week of july I got the confirmation that my previous plan is reactivated.

now when I get july bill it is around Rs 10 000. Charging is done without any top ups and free time.

This is highly unjustified.

I have raised 2 concerns with your customer service on 27th July 9th August.
