Change of internet connection to a different address

Hi sir. My name is Ramganesh and i am from chennai. We in our organisation 'the professionalss' have been using the airtel connection from the past 3 years and using 8 CUG connection. Last month we changed our office to ashok nagar from valasaravakkam. And requested for the change of the connection to the respective address on 28th august. They said that it will be done before 17th september but still they are not responding correctly. They are telling that we have requested for change in connection after 16 september. And they are telling that we have submitted that request in written form but that's totally false. No one from our organisation has did anything like that.

more than that they are giving false promises from 12 of september that next day their employee will come. But no one came. But only a boy (he should be around 12 yrs old) came with few wires. And went without doing anything.

Though we are using airtel from long time they are not giving us proper response. This is the first time i am registering a complaint against anyone. I hope the needed actions will be taking. Awaiting reply. Thank you.
